Revi.io – Customer and Product Reviews

Description

Revi helps WooCommerce stores collect and display verified reviews of both products and the overall shopping experience — building customer trust and increasing sales. As a Google Partner, Revi marks up your reviews with schema.org structured data so your star ratings can stand out on Google Search and Google Shopping, capturing attention from the very first click.

The official plugin connects your WordPress + WooCommerce store in minutes: it syncs your orders and products, automatically invites your customers to review their purchase, and displays their verified reviews on your site through configurable widgets.

Key features

  • Product, store and Google reviews – Collect and display all of them to strengthen your reputation and increase customer trust.
  • Automatic review invitations – After every order, customers are invited to review the store and the products they bought. No manual work.
  • Verified, authentic content – Invitations go to real customers, who can leave written feedback, star ratings, and even photos of the products.
  • Multiple widget formats + Gutenberg – General, vertical, minimal, floating and more, insertable anywhere in your theme, including Gutenberg blocks.
  • Stars on Google – schema.org structured data ready for Google Search and Google Shopping: rich snippets with stars on your product pages.
  • Google My Business reviews – Centralize and showcase your Google Business reviews to attract more local customers.
  • Invitations for past orders – Collect reviews from customers who already purchased, growing your pool of authentic feedback.
  • 5-minute setup – Connect Revi to your store quickly, with no advanced technical knowledge required.

How it works

Install the plugin, enter your Revi API Key, and let it run automatically. After every order, Revi invites your customers to review the store and the products they purchased. Customers can rate general aspects of your store — like shipping and customer service — and also review individual products with text, star ratings and photos. Verified reviews then appear wherever you choose during setup: the footer, product pages, or any other location.

Plans

Start for free: the free plan includes 50 review invitations per month, automatic emails, product and store reviews, and reviews with customer photos. Need more? The Pro plan (€15/month) adds rich snippets, Google My Business invitations, adjustable sending time and past-order requests, and the Premium plan (€40/month) adds Google Shopping ratings, multi-language reviews and a questions-and-answers module. No commitments, no commissions, no contracts. See all plans: https://revi.io/en/pricing

FAQ

Do I need WooCommerce?

Yes. Revi is the official plugin for WooCommerce stores and integrates directly with your orders and product catalog.

Is it compatible with my WordPress version?

Revi requires WordPress 5.6 or higher and PHP 7.4 or higher, and it supports WooCommerce HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage).

Is there a free plan, and how much does it cost?

Yes. The free plan includes 50 review invitations per month. Paid plans add more invitations and features: Pro at €15/month and Premium at €40/month, with no commitments, commissions or contracts.

Are the reviews really verified?

Yes. Review invitations are sent to real customers after they place an order, so the reviews you display come from genuine buyers.

Will my product stars show up on Google?

Yes. As a Google Partner, Revi adds schema.org structured data to your pages so your star ratings can appear as rich snippets in Google Search and on Google Shopping.

Can I centralize my Google reviews too?

Yes. Revi integrates with Google Business so you can manage and showcase your Google My Business reviews alongside your store and product reviews.

Where can I get support?

Use the plugin’s support forum on WordPress.org, or contact the Revi support team if you need help during setup or specific configurations.

Hardened V2 product catalog synchronization so products without id_external_product are never sent, partial API responses are treated as failures, and local sync markers are only written after the API confirms the full product count.

Fixed order product price, tax and VAT calculations: amounts are now derived from what was actually paid per order line, fixing inflated values for quantities greater than one, coupons, catalog price changes and tax-inclusive pricing.

Restricted public log reads so the sync token cannot expose the module log.

Completed translations for the newly normalized strings in all bundled locales

Hidden internal support-only remote URLs from the plugin admin sidebar

7.0.0

Further compaction of admin buttons, pills and radios for a denser UI
Stars-position setting converted to native select (handles long labels cleanly)
Sync tab restructured: description and default-language settings wrapped in action cards for visual parity with the manual/cron row
Fixed a layout bug where sync action cards overflowed their grid row due to a circular min-height: 100%
“Lanzar ahora” button no longer stretched to full card width nor pushed to bottom
Fixed accent on “enviar” (description label and option)
