This plugin places annoying banner everywhere in your wordpress admin, with no option to dismiss or hide it. As of Feb, 2025 the update did this. The question is, why would you do this? Are you trying to get people to hate Jotform and leave one star reviews?

For anyone looking for a solution to integrate Jotform forms since this plugin is no longer updated : if you make an form using the form builder, in the publish tab there’s a button called “platforms – Third party publish options.” Then you can choose the wordpress.org option, you will be given an htlm code that you can copy and paste on your website in any html block. Might help someone.

I set up a JotForm account, created a form, and followed the directions on the screenshots. My forms showed up and it created the shortcode, but no form shows up on my website.

This plugin does not work. Tried embedding a form and testing, loads forever.

This plugin needs to be pulled. It simply doesn’t work. When you try to get support from Jotform, they will just tell you to use embed code instead of the plugin. It’s a total waste of time. Don’t bother installing this.

Too Difficult to set up.
