I’ve been using this very capable plug-in – almost a suite of plug-ins – for organizing and displaying posts in series for several years. I should have given it a positive review long ago. The only reason I would hesitate to recommend it to others is that it has not been updated in two years. It also has some very minor functionality and language glitches and less than comprehensive documentation. In addition, not being updated/supported means that some problems have crept in. After the WP Core upgrade to 4.2, the widgets stopped appearing: It turned out, however, that a fix was very simple (see Support Thread: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/has-the-latest-version-211-lost-its-widget?replies=5#post-8181189). So, you should be prepared to do some figuring out for yourself, although, once you do figure it out, you’ll find that it works very well, it comes with rich options for alternative display and linking modes, and that the pieces are knit together quite well.
